Bart
1984-2003
Bart, my beloved Norwegian Forest Cat, died at 6 p.m. on October 16, 2003, nearly 20 years after he wandered into my backyard and decided to stay awhile. I was the lucky one: He was the sweetest, funniest and chattiest cat I have ever known. I was honored to be able to share so many years with such a beautiful and trusting creature.
He was pure love. I will miss him forever.

I would like to thank Dr. Alan Stewart, the veterinary specialist who cared for Bart from 1996 until his passing. He is a wonderful, empathetic and caring doctor. Every pet should have a Dr. Stewart.
